Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?
Unfortunately we cannot change orders that have been paid and processed, we work super fast :)
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed from Monday - Friday, during office hours, excluding holidays. We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
How can I change a topic?
We do not offer exchanges, BUT you can return your purchased items via our return shipping link HERE , it costs 45kr in DK and 69kr in the rest of the EU, you can then place another order for the desired items and sizes. When you have received confirmation via email that your returned items have been processed and your refund has been issued, you are ready to shop again.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it usually take?

Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method and will be made within 14 days of Tie Dye Boutique has received the item.
You have up to 14 days to return your items.
Tie Dye Boutique does not accept returned items in damaged or worn condition, must be in the condition you received the item in, unused, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made shipping errors.
Unique items & Limited editions
We work with small designers, and many handmade items, therefore there may sometimes be limited quantities, or there may be some waiting time until the item is back in stock, you may be notified by email when the item is back in stock.
