Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.
Tie Dye Boutique will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

PRICING POLICY
All prices are shown in DKK, SEK, GBP, USD, EUR.
Prices do not include delivery costs.
Buyer is responsible for local VAT and taxes upon delivery in countries where applicable.
What types of payment do we accept?
We accept, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Klarna and viabill can be used for payment.
The money will only be withdrawn once the item has been shipped.
VAT:
No VAT will be added.
Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?
Unfortunately we cannot change orders that have been paid and processed, we work super fast :)
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed from Monday - Friday, during office hours, excluding holidays. We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
How can I change a topic?
No, it costs 45kr in DK, and 69kr in the rest of the EU, you can find the return portal here HERE
You can then place another order for the desired items and sizes. Once you have received confirmation via email that your returned item has been processed and your refund has been issued, you are ready to shop again.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it usually take?
Transit times vary by country and shipping service. Please see Shipping & Returns for detailed information.
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method and will be made within 14 days of Tie Dye Boutique has received the item.
You have up to 14 days to return your items.
SafariGirlz does not accept returned items in damaged or worn condition, must be in the condition you received the item in, unused, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Swimwear and bodysuits must have original linings intact.
PRIVACY POLICY
Tie Dye Boutique respects your privacy on the internet. Tie Dye Boutique does not transfer information about customers/users to third parties. Tie Dye Boutique will not disclose your credit card information, name, address, email address, or any other information we may have obtained from you to third parties without your prior permission.

Product availability
Although we strive for the website to be accurate in all respects, we cannot guarantee that all products available in our webshop will be in stock when your order is processed.
In the event of missing items or misleading information affecting your order, we will contact you immediately via email and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.
Unique items & Limited editions
We work with small designers, and many handmade items, therefore there may sometimes be limited quantities, or there may be some waiting time until the item is back in stock, you may be notified by email when the item is back in stock.
