What types of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Klarna, and Viabill.

Is return shipping free?
No, it costs 45kr in DK, 60kr in SE and 79kr in the rest of the EU. You can find the return portal HERE. We will deduct the amount when we refund the returned items.
Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot change orders that have been paid and processed. We work super fast :)
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, during office hours, excluding holidays. We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
How can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges, BUT you can return your purchased items via our return shipping link HERE. It costs 45kr in DK, 60kr in SE, and 79kr in the rest of the EU. You can then place another order for the desired items and sizes. Once you have received an email confirmation that your returned items have been processed and your refund has been issued, you are ready to shop again.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it usually take?

Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method and will be made within 14 days of Tie Dye Boutique receiving the item.
You have up to 14 days to return your items.
Tie Dye Boutique does not accept returned items in damaged or worn condition; items must be in the condition you received them, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Shipping cannot be refunded, except in cases where we have made shipping errors.
Unique items & Limited editions
We work with small designers and many handmade items, so there may sometimes be limited quantities, or there may be a waiting period until the item is back in stock. You can receive a notification by email when the item is available again.
